Project Overview:
To highlight the functionality and application possibilities to illustrate the capabilities of the food ingredients that Olam Food Ingredients grows globally for its customers, I had the privilege of providing full creative direction to produce a culinary series for the North American sales team to create "What Do You Want To Make Today". This series aimed to connect customers to Olam's food ingredient portfolio while showcasing Olam Food Ingredients' extensive catalog of fresh ingredients, including onions, garlic, spices, capsicums, purees, tomatoes, and herbs. My role involved guiding the film crew, overseeing the concept, and steering the copywriting to create a compelling and visually stunning marketing piece.
Design:
The concept of the video series centered around the inhouse kitchen that Olam houses in their North American sales headquarters. Utilizing a centralized personality with Olam was part of the strategy for connecting customers to Olam. The studio was designed to accommodate a film crew with and lent itself to helping illustrate the capabilities and test new recipes to inspire existing and potential customers to increase their usage of Olam's food ingredients
Outcome:
This series was a huge hit with Olam's customers and inspired future projects that connected Olam's customers to the quality food ingredients supplied by the organization globally. It generated a significant social media presence and helped the sales team increase ingredient sales by bundling purchases for multiple ingredients. This was recognized internationally by the global headquarters in Singapore and has been a piece that I am very proud to showcase in my career portfolio.
